French home Chopard has adopted its Gardens of the Tropics and Gardens of Paradise collections with Gardens of the Kings. The 4 fragrances for males (Agar Royal, Aigle Impérial, Nuits des Rois and Or de Calambac) are meant as a tribute to oud; all had been developed by perfumer Alberto Morillas.
Agar Royal ~ Impressed by an Indian brocade with gold and ivory embroidery, with jasmine, mandarin, bergamot, black pepper, tuberose, vetiver, patchouli, cypriol and oud.
Aigle Impérial ~ A “mystical” perfume impressed by Asian rituals, with bergamot, ginger, matcha tea, water word, labdanum, patchouli, frankincense, guaiac and oud.
Nuits des Rois ~ Impressed by glamorous nights within the Center East, with iris, rose, saffron, neroli, bigarade, cardamom, honey, vanilla , sandalwood, vetiver, guaiac and oud.
Or de Calambac ~ A gourmand impressed by Latin America, with star anise, pink pepper, juniper, cocoa, hazelnut, cinnamon, tonka bean, myrrh, labdanum, cypress, vetiver, guaiac and oud.
Chopard Agar Royal, Aigle Impérial, Nuits des Rois and Or de Calambac can be found in 100 ml Eau de Parfum.
